Returns and Refunds
If within 60 days of purchasing a product or service you are not completely satisfied, we provide a 100% refund.
Cancellation Policy
Each program registration form will include detailed information related to that particular program’s cancellation Policy. The registration fee will be refunded at 100% less a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to any program or service. The registration fee on cancellations made less than three weeks before a program begins become non-refundable; however, it may be applied to coaching, training, consulting and other programs or services provided by Terry Goss & Associates.
